About the event
ILive Intangible Cultural Heritage Performances: Three nationally recognized ICH masters from China will appear in person to demonstrate their crafts:
• Mary Zhang Yueying — Paper-cutting master (live improvisations + Mid-Autumn–themed pieces)
• Thomas Rong Licheng — Dough figurine master (Mid-Autumn characters and mythic figures)
• Peter Jiang Zisheng — Shadow puppetry, puppets, sugar figurines & sugar painting, plus Sichuan face-changing (interactive demos)
Festival Atmosphere: moon-viewing, reunion, and a shared celebration of art and culture.
Audience Interaction: meet the masters up close, enjoy the demonstrations, and have a chance to receive on-site creations.
